Adobe Creative Cloud for Non-EHE Staff and Faculty

Creative Cloud license for a non-EHE staff or faculty member

The University OCIO worked with Adobe to provide a site-wide license agreement for Adobe Creative Cloud that provides the software to all faculty, staff, GTAs , GRAs, Labs and Classrooms. The site-wide license does not include sponsored guests and Creative Cloud licenses must be purchased separately. For students they must opt in to access Creative Cloud apps.

How Do I Get Started?

If you're the sponsor of a sponsored guest who requires the use of Adobe Creative Cloud Applications simply fill out the form by clicking on the Request Service button to the right.

If you're a student or student worker please visit https://it.osu.edu/adobe and complete the opt in process to sign up for Adobe Creative Cloud.

What's Included

  • A license of Adobe Creative Cloud for the sponsored guest as long as they are sponsored by an EHE employee.
  • A customized list of Adobe CC applications based upon the sponsored guest's requirements to perform their work.

Eligibility

This service is available for all sponsored guests of the College.

Special Considerations

The license is only active as long as the sponsored guest is sponsored by the College.

Licenses must be requested annually (start of Fiscal Year, July 1)
