OIT provides Tier 1 level technical support for college owned printers experiencing connectivity issues, minor paper jams and other configuration issues.

How Do I Get Started?

Simply Click on the Request Service button at the upper right.

What's Included

  • A member of the Service Desk will analyze and assess the issue with the printer to determine if OIT is able to troubleshoot and fix the problem or escalated the issue to UniPrint, the University's 3rd party printing vendor.

Eligibility

Active EHE faculty and staff members as well as graduate and undergraduate student employees are eligible for this service.

Special Considerations

  • OIT does not provide support for personally owned printers.
  • OSU contracts with UniPrint for most typical printing needs such as toner, paper, cleaning, maintenance, etc.  Please contact UniPrint for these needs. (Look for the UniPrint/ComDoc label on the printer)
