1. Push the button underneath Sign In.
2. Push 2 on the keypad.
3. Use the keypad to enter the 10 digit OSU telephone number, starting with the area code. Press the button underneath Next.
4. Type in the PIN. Press the button underneath Sign In. The initial PIN is provided by the via email and can be reset by going to https://dialin.service.osu.edu/. (Note, you'll have to log in with name.n@osu.edu when you request/reset a PIN.)
5. The display screen will show Skype for Business signing in.
6. When the log in is successful, the display screen will show the telephone number, the name, and will provide a dial tone.
