How To Save Zoom Cloud Recordings

Overview

Zoom recordings are stored for 270 days before being deleted. If you'd like to keep yours, please move them onto BuckeyeBox.

Procedure

Steps:

1. Open Carmen Zoom.
2. Select Recordings on the left menu (Note: only Cloud recordings are downloadable. Local recordings reside on the machine used when you recorded them).
3. Select a recorded meeting.
4. Click on that Download File button.
5. Save the file to an appropriate pace on your computer.
6. Open Buckeye Box.
7. Navigate to or create a BuckeyeBox folder for your Zoom recordings.
8. Open the folder you just created.
9. Drag and drop the file that you downloaded in step 5 into BuckeyeBox.
10. The file is now stored on Box for as long as you'd like it to be kep
