Qualtrics: Upgrading and Support

Overview

Quatrics is an online survey platform licensed by The Ohio State University.

ASCTech has a Qualtrics team that provides basic Qualtrics support, including upgrading accounts to enterprise accounts and basic first level support.

Please submit a ticket and the ASCTech Qualtrics Team will triage the issue and determine whether they can help or if you need to contact Qualtrics.

Upgrading Qualtrics Accounts

In order to have full functionality Qualtrics accounts must be ugraded to the full OSU license.

To obtain an Upgrade Code please submit a ticket to ASCTech.

Procedure

After logging into https://osu.qualtrics.com or https://osu.az1.qualtrics.com follow the steps below.

NOTE:  You will not notice the account has been upgraded until you log out and log back in.

Contacting Qualtrics Support

If the ASC Qualtrics Team is unable to assist you may be asked to submit a support ticket to Qualtrics. As of mid-2019 you are no longer able to email Qualtrics Support directly.  The route to contact support is through their Support Portal.

While logged in, click on Help in the upper-right of the page.

On the next page, click "Sign in with SSO".

 

On the next page the Organizational ID is simply "osu".  Their example makes it seem it should be a URL but it is not.

You will then land on Qualtrics Support page.
