Service Description:
A/V and computer support within classrooms and conference rooms owned by the College of Arts & Sciences. For a complete list of ASC-owned rooms, please see go.osu.edu/ascrooms. Otherwise, most classrooms on campus are owned by ODEE. Their list of rooms can be seen at go.osu.edu/odeerooms, and they can be contacted at 614-247-4357 or classroomhelp@osu.edu.
Eligibility:
Available to all faculty, staff, and graduate students using an ASC-owned room.
Standard Availability:
Service available 24/7; requests fulfilled during normal business hours.
What Is Included:
- Support of audio/visual and computer equipment within classroom/conference room.
- ADA accommodation support.
- Educational technology support.
- Desktop support.
- Videoconferencing support.
- Equipment tutorials.
Cost:
Free to faculty, staff, grad students, and undergrads in the College of Arts and Sciences for ASC-related purposes.
