Service Description:

Troubleshooting and repair of ASC-owned IT assets.

Eligibility: 

Available on all ASC-owned IT equipment.

Standard Availability:

Service available 24/7; requests fulfilled during normal business hours.

What Is Included: 

Troubleshooting of broken ASC-owned IT assets. We will assess if we can fix it on site or if it is beyond repair. If we are unable to fix it on site, we will find resources for repair or recommend an alternative solution.

Cost: 

Free if damage inflicted is covered by warranty. If not, dependent upon what type of damage and make/model of machine.
