Service Description:
Usage of UES, calendar sharing, group calendars, and room calendars.
Eligibility:
Available to all users associated with the College of Arts & Sciences
Standard Availability:
Service available 24/7; requests fulfilled during normal business hours.
What Is Included:
Email and calendars are an OCIO service; however, ASCTech is happy to do tier 1 troubleshooting, including:
- Adding calendars
- Sharing calendars
- Setting up email in Outlook and on mobile devices
- Setting up an archive
- Assistance in OWA
Cost:
Free to faculty, staff, and grad students in the College of Arts and Sciences for ASC-related purposes.
