Service Description:
ASCTech provides security incident response and remediation. E.g. stolen or lost machines, infected machines, defaced websites, etc.
If you believe a computer has been stolen or lost, or you have any other security concern, contact us immediately.
Eligibility:
Available for all ASC-owned devices and hosted services.
Standard Availability:
Service available 24/7.
What Is Included:
- ASCTech will assess any security incident for impact and severity.
- ASCTech will walk customer through appropriate incident-handling procedures.
Cost:
No associated cost.
