Event Recording/Zoom Consultation

Service Description:

Recording of video (video and sound) at an on-campus location, weekdays when the university is open between 8 AM and 5 PM. Includes the capture of video and audio, from up to six presenters or sound sources. If your event requires a livestream component, ASCTech offers consultation on Zoom meetings or webinars. Zoom Webinar Consultation for Event Recording

  • Should an ASC client want to stream an event to a live audience, the studio can help facilitate this through a Zoom Webinar.
  • Zoom is the only platform supported. Should the client wish to use a different platform (Youtube, Instagram Live, etc.), the studio can provide an HDMI connection to the client's camera. ASC will be unable to assist with any platform-specific issues.
  • Running/administration of the Zoom Webinar during the actual event is the responsibility of the client.
  • ASC offers consultations beforehand to assist in the proper creation and planning of the webinar. Depending on the type of event, it may also be possible to have Luke or Allen logged into the webinar as a host to monitor things, but this will be done on a case-by-case basis.
