How to Add the Portal Calendar to Outlook?

To add the EHE master calendar to your Outlook desktop:

  • Go to the My Calendar section of Outlook.
  • Right-click on the words ‘My Calendars’.
  • Hover over ‘Add Calendar’ and choose the option ‘Open Shared Calendar’.
  • Click on the ‘Name’ button in the Open Shared Calendar box. 
  • Search for ‘EHE Dean Portal Calendar’ in the search box that comes up.
  • Click on that calendar in the results and then click ‘Ok’.

The EHE master calendar is added to your available calendars in Outlook with view permission. It appears in your list of calendar under ‘My Calendars’.
 

Mac

To add the EHE master calendar to your Outlook desktop:

  • Open your Outlook calendar.
  • In the “File” dropdown menu, hover over “Open”
  • Choose the option ‘”Shared Calendar”
  • Search for “EHE Dean Portal Calendar” in the search box that comes up
  • Select the calendar
  • Click “Open”

The EHE master calendar is added to your available calendars in Outlook with view permission. It appears in your list of calendar under “People’s Calendars.”
