How to add meeting timers in Zoom

Zoom's timer feature allows users to set a timer for meetings or webinars. Timers can be set to show how much time has passed or how much time is left.


To enable meeting timers
Sign in to the Zoom desktop client
Click your profile picture and then click Settings
On the General tab, check the Show meeting timers option
Close Settings and start a new meeting
To use the timer app
Open the Timer app from the Apps tab in the Zoom client or during a meeting
Customize the timer by selecting a simple timer, agenda, or clock
Set audio alerts
Share the timer display with other participants
Click Start to begin the timer
To switch timers
Click the down arrow icon next to the timer
Select Time Remaining or Meeting Duration
