VoiceOver for iOS is a screen reader built into Apple iOS devices like iPhones and iPads. A user interacts with VoiceOver for iOS via a touch screen and special touch gestures.

General VoiceOver for iOS touch gestures
- Turn VoiceOver on or off by triple-pressing the home button or side button.
- Close popup, cancel last action with a two-finger scrub.
- Go to next heading by using rotor, swipe down.
- Go to next landmark/region by using rotor, swipe down.
Reading VoiceOver for iOS touch gestures
- Pause/restart reading by using a two-finger tap.
- Start reading continuously from this point on a two-fingered swipe down.
- Read entire page using a two-finger swipe up.
- Read next item by swipping right.
- Activate a link or button with a double-tap.
Item chooser touch gesture
- Choose from a complete list of items on page with a two-fingered triple tap.
Tables touch gestures
- Go to next table with rotor, swip down.
- Navigate table cells with swipe right or left.
- Navigate table rows with rotor: rows, swipe up or down.
Lists touch gestures
- Go to next list with rotor, swip down.
- Go to next list item by swipping right.
Images and links touch gestures
- Go to the next image with rotor, swipe right.
- Go to the next link with rotor, swipe down.
Navigation touch gestures
- Go to first (last) item on page with a 4-finger tap upper (lower) half of screen.
- Scroll (vertically or horizontally) with a 3-finger swipe up, down, left, or right.
