Outlook - Publishing Calendars to iCal

University calendars in Outlook can be published to an iCal feed for viewing inside other calendar apps (such as the iPhone's Calendar app).

 

To generate the iCal link for calendar publishing:

1. Login to webmail (https://outlook.office365.com)
2. Click the Settings icon (gear in upper right corner of screen)
3. On the left side of the page, select Calendar, then Shared Calendars, then under Publish a Calendar, select the calendar you wish to publish
4. Select the permissions for the published calendar
5. Click Publish
6. There will be two links. Copy the ICS link and email it to yourself
7. Open the email on your phone and tap the ICS link. The phone should offer to open it in your Calendar app.
