Software and Cloud Technology Preapproval and Implementation Process

Overview of the steps in procurement and implementation of all software and cloud technology tools in the College of Pharmacy, both free and paid

Obtaining software and cloud-based systems at the university involves a series of assessments, including security, digital accessibility, and purchasing/legal. Multiple factors influence the time, cost, and complexity of these assessments, including the scope of the system, who will be using it, the types of data that will be stored, and cooperation from the vendor and project sponsor. When ready to move forward, complete the College of Pharmacy Software & Cloud System Pre-Approval Form. 

Software and cloud systems that have already received university approval appear on the Software Directory.
