SUMMARY
Users may encounter an error in Office365 apps - "Sorry, another account from your organization is already signed in on this computer."
To resolve this issue, try the following:
- Open Word. Click your name in the upper right corner, then click Sign Out, then click Sign Out again if prompted.
- Close Word
- Click the start menu and type "credential manager"
- Click the Credential Manager icon when it appears in the search results
- Click the Windows Credentials icon
- Under the Generic Credentials section, click on each entry that starts with “Microsoft” or “msteams” and then click the Remove link
- When all Microsoft-related credentials are removed, close Credential Manager
- Open Word. You should be prompted to sign in. Attempt to sign in, authenticate to BuckeyePass, and see if the error message has gone away.
- If you encounter an “error code CAA50024”, click Continue, close Word, and open it one more time.
