Overview
If you are having trouble receiving messages from ScarletCanvas about logging in, use the following steps:
- Go to https://scarletcanvas.osu.edu/
- Click "Login" in the top right of the window
- Click "Forgot Password" button to reset your password (using the email you registered with).
These steps should prompt you to actually receive an email from ScarletCanvas and if you can get in from there, you should be able to see your course.
