In this video, we will go over how instructors can view the LDM Client Portal for updates on their projects. 

 

TDX Client Portal Navigation

With the addition of the TDX Client Portal, stakeholders can now view active updates on their projects. After receiving a TDX login, stakeholders will be able to navigate to the “Projects” tab in the TDX portal, where they are met with the following details:

  • Percentage of completion
  • Current project health (green- on track, yellow- delayed, or red- behind)
  • Most current status update comment
  • All status update comments within the project will be sent directly to your Outlook inbox.
  • We have a running status comment trail on the back end, but the front-facing view only shows the most recent update.

Navigating the Client Portal:

  1. To navigate to this portal, log in to TDX as you would to submit a ticket. Then, select the “Projects” tab below the top College of Pharmacy page banner. 
  2. Upon entering the “Projects” tab you will have a search bar and 3 check boxes. From here, you can search or check/uncheck boxes to filter for the project you are added to. 
  3. Once you have selected the project, you will be able to see the aforementioned details, as well as start and end dates.
