Login issues

If you are experiencing login issues, we ask that you firtst try to reset your password:
  1. Go to scarletcanvas.osu.edu
  2. Click “Login” in the top right of the window
  3. Click the “Forgot Password” button to reset your password (using the email you use for Scarlet). This should prompt you to receive an email from the system.
If you can log in from there, no need to submit a ticket! If not, please continue and submit your inquiry and our team will reach out as soon as possible.
