The EHE Marketing and Communications team can help. Please use this service to replace existing pictures, videos, text, post news articles, or update content on the main EHE site.
EHE Marketing and Communications provides graphic design services for a variety of uses throughout the college. We can assist with newsletters, giving opportunity materials and also help create promotional materials for events. The MarCom team is not responsible for printing materials, the requestor will have to coordinate with our preferred printers.
Do you have a justifiable need for administrator access to an EHE device? These are elevated access accounts that grant the ability to preform tasks beyond the normal user level.
If your website (ending in ehe.osu.edu) is not available (down) let us know and we'll get it routed to our engineers ASAP.
OIT maintains backups of all file servers and all data stored on shared networks. Deleted or lost files can be restored and previous versions of files can be restored as long as it is within the last 30 days
For EHE students requiring access to a virtual computer following approval from their faculty
OIT will assist with getting data ports activated, repaired or installed
Microsoft’s Office 365 product suite allows the Ohio State community to collaborate, share, organize and improve upon the work we are doing together through one consistent experience.

As an active employee of Ohio State University you have the ability to request an EHE account from OIT. This account can be used to access college resources, such as shared network locations or classroom podium computers
