Digital Accessibility Support for Online Courses

The Department of Justice (DOJ) published new regulations addressing digital accessibility under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), with an effective date of June 24, 2024. Ohio State's enforcement date has been extended by one year to April 26, 2027.
