EHE Access to Existing File Share Request
Request access for others to an existing file share on EHE Networked Servers. If the folder in question is in Box, you can administor access rights without OIT assistance.
How Do I Get Started?
Simply Click the Request Service Button at the upper right.
What's Included
- Access to others specified by you to existing file shared drives.
- Permissions set as specified by you for yourself and others.
- Selective restores of files.
Eligibility
This service is available to all active EHE faculty and staff members with an active EHE network account.
Special Considerations
- An access request to a folder that contains S4 data as described by the Institutional Data Policy requires the new individuals to have take the IDP training found in BuckeyeLearn. OIT may ask for proof of completion prior to granting access.
- If the user does not have access to an EHE device and/or only has a personal device you will also need to request a Virtual Computer to be setup for them
