What's Included
OIT Service Delivery personnel will install the current standard operating system and other legally licensed software on newly purchased computers. OIT personnel will then deliver and assist you with the initial setup of your computer.
This service is also available for faculty and staff who want to refresh their existing equipment.
Eligibility
OIT provides this service for all college-owned computers. This includes computers used by active EHE faculty and staff members as well as those used by graduate and undergraduate student employees.
Special Considerations
- OIT does not provide this service for personally owned computers and software.
