Tier 1 support for video conferencing assistance with Zoom and Skype for Business

• Assistance with scheduling your conference call if you are unfamiliar with the process

Eligibility

This service is available to all active EHE faculty and staff members with an active Zoom or Skpe for Business account

Special Considerations

• Conference call must be scheduled before a technician is on site to assist with the actual conference call
• Support provided in EHE classrooms, conference rooms and offices only (Contact OCIO for non EHE rooms)
• Personal Skype accounts will not work with Skype for Business conference calls
• Please use the Zoom test meeting for troubleshooting tips and to ensure that your browser is properly configured.
