The College of Education and Human Ecology supports the installation and maintenance for digital signage display. Designated persons along with OIT staff will have access to a cloud portal where they can create and update content for public display.
How Do I Get Started?
If you or your department would like to install or need service to a current digital signage, use the Request Service button, or call 614-247-TECH.
What's Included
Digital signage install includes:
- A display
- A computer to update the content
- Access to digital signage content provider
- EHE OIT support for hardware and software
Eligibility
All EHE departments are eligible for digital signage. Funding and costs vary upon location and hardware wants and requirements. Consultation with EHE OIT is required to determine costs, funding and training.
Special Considerations

- Not all digital signage is funded by the college. Individual Departments may be required to fund Signage.
- Allow about 2 weeks for quotes
- Installation time line takes between 3-4 weeks from date of approval.
- Required training to learn how to update and create content takes about one hour.
- The College reserves the right to add college wide materials to any digital signage in EHE buildings.
- Troubleshooting and support requests will be resolved as soon as possible, with a maximum 3-day resolution period.
