What's Included
- Proper setup and configuration of devices when moved from one location to another.
- Proper tracking of IT assets (if required).
- Assistance to the customer, who may otherwise attempt to move the device on their own.
Eligibility
OIT provides technical support for all college-owned computers. This includes computers used by active EHE faculty and staff members as well as those used by graduate and undergraduate student employees.
Special Considerations
- Furniture relocation requests should be arranged with the facilities department.
- Please provide at least two weeks notice to ensure technician availability
- OIT can assist with moving the equipment short distances (intra-office, short walking distances). Longer distances should be coordinated with facilities and movers
