Click the Request Service Button on the right to complete the review form and attach your security agreement.
What's Included?
Every security agreement is a little different. However, we'll work with you to do the following:
- Help understand the requirements of the security agreement/plan
- Sign off as the system security officer
- Apply the appropriate controls to meet security requirements
- Recommend which IT services are appropriate for your security plan
- Assist with data destruction at the end of the agreement
- Assist in any data security audits
Eligibility (Who Can Request)
This service is available to EHE faculty members.
Graduate students may also leverage this service with approval from their faculty adviser.
Additional Considerations
- Submittal of a security plan does not guarantee plan approval
- In some cases, additional funding may be required
Timeline
We will complete the review of the security agreement within one week of submittal (5 business days).
