Sponsored Guest Accounts provide individuals without an OSU affiliation access to university resources for the purpose of conducting EHE business or engaging in non-credit educational activities. Resources include OSUwireless, Carmen, OSU email, BuckeyeBox, libraries*, etc.
*Effective December 21, 2020, new guests of Campus and the Medical Center must have accounts created using the Guest Intake Process at my.osu.edu to gain the appropriate access. The NEP Reference Guide describes the individuals who are considered part of NEP and are subject to this change. This does not apply to patients and visitors.
Eligibility
Non-Employee Population (NEP) is a term which refers to any person affiliated with Campus or the Medical Center who is not employed by Ohio State or paid through payroll.
