Presentation
Choose Computer Input
Choose from the following options:
- PC (recommended)
- The PC is located in the cabinet closest to the hallway door. There is a wireless keyboard and mouse available. If they are not responsive, ensure that each is switched on.
- Laptop 1 (South end of table)
- Laptop 2 (North end of table)
- An HDMI cable is available in the center channel of the table at the north and south ends. Adapters are available for DisplayPort, Mini DisplayPort, and USB-C. Keep in mind that using a laptop connection will not allow for the room cameras or microphones to be used, as they are only connected to the PC.

Speaker and Microphone Volume
The Volume Control slider will control the level of audio coming from the ceiling speakers. Directly below is the ceiling speaker mute button.
There are two microphones in the ceiling above the table. The volume is automatically set. They may be muted by tapping the microphone mute button. The ceiling microphones also have a visual status indicator on them (green light: on; red light: muted).

Camera Control
Choose Grey Camera or White Camera to control which camera is active. Zoom and Pan/Tilt controls are available to control the camera position. Up to six Presets can be set. Press and hold on any of the six presets to set a new position.

Display Control
Each of the three displays may be powered on or off separately from this screen.

Shutdown
When finished, choose Power Off to shut down the displays.
