Overview
Several instructors have reported an issue editing videos that they have copied within their Echo library. On multiple occasions, an error message showed up when trying to click the "Edit Media" button within the Media Details section of the copied video. On other occasions, instructors reported not even being able to click the "Edit Button" media button of their own copied video (they could not download either, as if they were not the owner).
Workaround
If you would like to make an edit to one of your current Echo videos, editing the original video and clicking "Save as" to create a copy, instead of creating a copy first and then editing, has been a successful workaround.
Expected Fix Date
The Echo360 EchoVideo support team has escalated this to their development team and is currently working to resolve this bug.
