Note: This applies to DELL Premium Pro 14 laptops and newer with the CoPilot button.
1. Search for and then open the Microsoft Store
2. In the store, search for, install, and run PowerToys
3. In the left window, navigate to Input & Output > Keyboard Manager
4. Toggle Keyboard Manager on
5. Click Remap a shortcut
6. Click Add shortcut remapping
7. Under the "Select:" section on the left, under shortcut, click on the drop-down and find and select Win(Left). In the new drop-down, find and select Shift(Left), and in the third drop-down, find and select F23.
8. Under the To: section, to the right, click on the drop-down under action. Then find and select Ctrl(Right)
9. Click OK in the top right of the window.
