Presentation
Choose Computer Input
Choose from the following options:
- PC (recommended)
- Laptop (HDMI cable)
- An HDMI cable is available on the podium. Keep in mind that using a laptop connection will not allow for the room camera or microphones to be used, as they are only connected to the PC.
Speaker and Microphone Volume
The Volume Control slider will control the level of audio coming from the ceiling speakers. Directly below is the ceiling speaker mute button.
There are two microphones in the ceiling. The volume is automatically set. They may be muted by tapping the ceiling microphone mute button. The ceiling microphones also have a visual status indicator on them (green light: on; red light: muted).
Camera Control
Zoom and Pan/Tilt controls are available to control the camera position. Up to four Presets can be set. Press and hold on any of the presets to set a new position. When Auto Tracking is turned on, the camera will follow the speaker around the room.
Display Control
Each of the two displays may be powered on or off separately from this screen.
Shutdown
When finished, tap the Shutdown icon along the bottom row, then choose Power Off to shut down the system.
