Request help with a software-related problem on a COP-managed computer
What Is Included
COP Technology Services will assist with problems related to software that is installed on COP-managed computers.
Eligibility
Available to College of Pharmacy faculty, staff, and graduate students who use a COP-managed computer.
Standard Availability
Service available 24/7; requests fulfilled during normal business hours.
Cost
Free to eligible users in the College of Pharmacy for COP-related purposes.
Special Considerations
COP IT will make every effort to ensure software is functional, however users will be responsible for understanding how to use the software.
Users may be responsible for interfacing with software vendor support in cases where COP IT are unfamiliar with the usage of the software. Users will also be responsible for any costs related to vendor support.
