  • COP Technology Services will assist with problems related to COP-owned/managed hardware and peripherals

Eligibility

  • Available on all COP-owned/managed devices.

Standard Availability

  • Service available 24/7; requests fulfilled during normal business hours.

Cost

  • Hardware under a valid warranty can generally be fixed at no cost. Other problems may require purchase of parts or replacement hardware by the user.

Special Considerations

  • COP Technology Services will not provide support for personally-owned hardware (please see https://it.osu.edu/help).
