What Is Included
COP Technology Services will assist with problems related to COP-owned/managed hardware and peripherals
Eligibility
Available on all COP-owned/managed devices.
Standard Availability
Service available 24/7; requests fulfilled during normal business hours.
Cost
Hardware under a valid warranty can generally be fixed at no cost. Other problems may require purchase of parts or replacement hardware by the user.
Special Considerations
COP Technology Services will not provide support for personally-owned hardware (please see
https://it.osu.edu/help
).
