Service Overview
Request help with a problem on a COP-owned printer
What Is Included
COP Technology Services will assist with problems related to COP-owned printers.
In the case of hardware problems, COP IT will submit a service request to ComDoc on the user's behalf or refer users to the ComDoc support process.
Users should order toner directly from ComDoc at 800-321-4846.
Eligibility
Available to College of Pharmacy faculty, staff, and graduate students who use a COP-managed computer.
Standard Availability
Service available 24/7; requests fulfilled during normal business hours.
Cost
Free to eligible users in the College of Pharmacy for COP-related purposes (except for costs mentioned under Special Considerations).
Special Considerations
All printers must be registered with
UniPrint/ComDoc
for printer repair and toner replacement.
ComDoc will no longer repair or supply toner to non-networked printers. These printers will be sent to surplus when they experience a hardware problem that prevents normal operation. Users will be responsible for using their COP funds to purchase replacement toner on these printers.
COP IT will not assist with printing from non-COP-managed devices.
COP IT may, in its sole discretion, attempt to assist with installation of personally-owned printers on COP-managed computers in remote/home environments.
