Service Overview

  • Support for digital signage hardware, management software, troubleshooting, and requests for new signage

What Is Included

  • COP Technology Services will troubleshoot issues with digital signage hardware (displays and media players) and management software, and consult on procuring and deploying new digital signage in COP buildings.

Eligibility

  • Available to College of Pharmacy faculty and staff.

Standard Availability

  • Service available 24/7; requests fulfilled during normal business hours.

Cost

  • Support and consultation are free to eligible users in the College of Pharmacy. Requests to add/replace digital signage or repair existing signage hardware must include a funding source.

Special Considerations

  • COP Technology Services is not responsible for the creation, scheduling, or maintenance of digital signage content. Each digital sign must have an individual or group appointed who will maintain their content.
  • Requests for new signage will also need to ensure that power and data are available. Requestors should account for these costs when planning digital signage projects. COP IT and Facilities can assist with estimating these costs and/or submitting these work orders.
