Overview
Some Knowledge Base articles may contain more sensitive information and are behind name.# login. If you're already logged into an OSU service via Shibboleth/name.# login, you should log in automatically, but if not this is how to log in to see all articles.
Procedure
1. Go to the website go.osu.edu/ASCTechHelp. In the upper right corner, click Sign In.
2. You will be asked to log in using your name.# and password.
3. After you've logged in, you'll have full access to our Service Catalog and Knowledge Base.
