Distance Education Consultation

EHE Distance Education and Learning Design (DELD) team provides consultation and support on teaching, learning, and pedagogy in the virtual classroom. Our team will work to meet your specific instructional needs, including guidance on integrating technology and tools to support the learning experience.

How do I get Started

Use the request button to get started. A DELD team member will review your needs and connect with you to learn more about your individual needs. 

What's Included

A DELD team member will “meet you where you are” and work with you to determine your individual needs with multimedia, design, teaching, or technology. Individual and small group consultations can be set up to provide assistance and troubleshooting with (but not limited to) educational and classroom technology, teaching and pedagogy, multimedia, video or virtual conferencing, and learning spaces. We will work with you to meet your specific instructional, educational technology, and service-related needs.

Eligibility (Who can request)

All instructors, staff, students, and teaching assistants within the College of Education and Human Ecology.

Special Considerations

This service promotes the core idea of Exemplar Teaching and Learning within EHE’s Strategic Framework, corresponds with the teaching, research, and outreach components of the promotion and tenure process, and can have a direct impact on college staff and students.

We’re here to support and partner with you to engage in reflective practices about teaching and learning, make pedagogical choices based on evidence in the literature, and build high-quality experiences for all students.
