Microsoft Scheduling Polls (formerly FindTime) help simplify the process of finding the best meeting time. This Office 365 component is freely available to all university faculty, staff, and students.
Scheduling Polls are found in Office 365 to simplify the process of finding the best time for a group to meet. Users' free/busy time is used to propose the best possible meeting times. Users are then able to vote on their preferred times. Once a mutual time is identified, Scheduling Polls can automatically schedule the meeting. Scheduling Polls are similar to Doodle and other meeting polling sites, but is already integrated into Office 365, which makes it simpler and more secure.
