Implementing a new cloud-based system at the university involves a series of assessments, including security, digital accessibility, and legal. Multiple factors influence the time, cost, and complexity of these assessments, including the scope of the system, who will be using it, the types of data that will be stored, and cooperation from the vendor and project sponsor.
