Summary
Zoom participants may experience an issue where the active speaker's video is always blank.
Information
If Zoom is not showing the active speaker's video (showing black box), perform the following steps:
- Sign in to Zoom.
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and then choose Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Video category on the left and then click the Advanced button.
- Uncheck the Optimize quality of the video I receive with super resolution box and then close the settings window.
