How to add the Zoom extension to the New Outlook and Outlook Web calendar

 

The Zoom extension allows users to easily schedule Zoom meetings directly from their Outlook calendar. When using New Outlook or Outlook Web, the Zoom extension may need to be manually added one time.

  1. In New Outlook or Outlook Web, click the More Apps icon in the left-side column of icons. This appears as a square with four smaller squares: More Apps icon (square with four smaller squares inside)
  2. Click the Add Apps button
  3. In the Search Apps and More box, type "Zoom"
  4. In the Search Results pane, click Zoom for Outlook Extension
  5. Click the Add button
  6. Close Outlook and then re-launch it
  7. Navigate to the calendar, create a new event, click the Zoom icon at the top of the New Event window, and click Settings.
  8. At the Sign In prompt, click the SSO icon.
  9. Enter "osu" as the Domain and click Continue, then sign in with your OSU name.# and password.
