Mapping a Network Drive in Windows

If you are not connected to the COP network, log into SonicWall NetExtender. You must be connected to NetExtender to access network drives remotely.

  1. Open File Explorer: Press the Windows key + E, or find it in the Start Menu.
  2. Click on "This PC" in the left pane of File Explorer.
  3. Start the mapping process:
  • Click the "More" option (three dots) on the ribbon, then choose "Map network drive". 
  • Alternatively, right-click on "This PC" and select "Map network drive"

       4. Set up the mapping:

  • Select a drive letter from the "Drive" drop down menu. 
  • Type the network path (e.g., \\server\share or an IP address) in the "Folder" field. 
  • If you want the drive to reconnect automatically at login, check "Reconnect at sign-in". 
  • When the login box appears, enter your OSU credentials.
    • It should auto-fill, but ensure the user ID shows “pharmacy\name.#”
  1. Finish the process: Click "Finish" to complete the mapping
