SUMMARY
Use the email encryption service when sending sensitive data outside the university.
The university offers a way to securely encrypt email messages sent outside the university. Simply include the phrase osusecure (no spaces; not case sensitive) anywhere in the Subject of your message. This will work in Outlook on the Web or any supported university email client application on desktop or mobile. Please be aware that the message Subject will NOT be encrypted and should NOT contain any type of restricted data.
