Qualtrics is an online survey platform licensed by The Ohio State University.
ASCTech has a Qualtrics team that provides basic Qualtrics support.
Please submit a ticket and the ASCTech Qualtrics Team will triage the issue and determine whether they can help or if you need to contact Qualtrics.

Upgrading Qualtrics Accounts
As of March of 2025, account upgrades are now a request through OTDI.
New requirement: The completion of the Institution Data Policy must be done before the account is upgraded to "Standard Accessible".

Contacting Qualtrics Support
If the ASC Qualtrics Team is unable to assist you may be asked to submit a support ticket to Qualtrics. As of mid-2019 you are no longer able to email Qualtrics Support directly. The route to contact support is through their Support Portal.
While logged in, click on Help in the upper-right of the page. This will open up the "Qualtrics Support AI Assistant".
