Service Description:
Request access to an existing shared drive or creation of a new shared drive.
Eligibility:
Available to faculty and staff in the College of Arts & Sciences. Please note that you cannot request access to an existing share on behalf of yourself. Please have your supervisor submit the request.
Standard Availability:
Service available 24/7; requests fulfilled during normal business hours.
What Is Included:
- Maintenance of shared drives.
- Changing a shared drive's permissions.
- Adding and removing users to a shared drive.
- Deletion and creation of a shared drive.
Cost:
Free to faculty and staff in the College of Arts and Sciences for ASC-related purposes.
