Service Description:
Support of ASC-owned printers.
Eligibility:
Available to all users associated with the College of Arts & Sciences
Standard Availability:
Service available 24/7; requests fulfilled during normal business hours.
What Is Included:
Assistance in setup and troubleshooting of printers. Depending on department:
- Paper supply.
- Toner purchase.
- Installation.
- Other services.
Please note that not all printing services are available or handled in the same way in each department.
Cost:
Support is free for all ASC-owned printers. Toner, paper supply, and large-format printing may have associated costs.
