1. Pick "Install new software" from the Jamf Connect icon on the menu bar
2. You can find most programs available for install here. If the program you're looking for isn't immediately visible, you can try searching, using the search bar shown below.
3. Click the Install button below whichever application you're looking for and wait for it to finish.
By default the Launchpad is on the dock. If it's been moved or isn't there, you can open Self Service via the Applications folder or by searching for it using Spotlight.
Alternatively, you can search for it using Spotlight. Click on the magnifying glass in the upper-right corner of your screen:
Then search for Self Service.
