In your journey to become the best educator possible, the Educator Preparation Unit utilizes an electronic portfolio with the Tk20 online assessment tool as the platform. Tk20 enables the educator programs to collect, monitor, and analyze your progress toward meeting state and national standards for licensure.

OIT operates several student computing labs that are sometimes also used as classrooms. These spaces have a large number of computers, with the intent of providing one computer per student in the room. Labs may be purpose built so be sure to check the room listing to find a lab that will suit your needs.


Have old, unused technology? OIT can facilitate the proper disposal of surplus technology. You’ll need a list of the assets and their locations prior to pick up. Contact the Service Desk to get started.

The EHE Marketing and Communications team can help. Please use this service to replace existing pictures, videos, text, post news articles, or update content on the main EHE site.


Webinars and virtual events allow you to deliver content – stories, interviews, panels, lectures, interactive sessions – to an audience through an online platform such as Zoom. Utilize online events to connect with your target audience, engage participants in discussion and question-answer sessions with invited guests, interview experts in the field, deliver informative panel sessions virtually, and more! Work with us to register the event, get marketing support, and find technical resources and support.

EHE OIT provides a variety of software for use in EHE managed computer labs. Upon request (pending approval and funding) we can add additional software packages to the computers in each lab.


EHE OIT will submit a purchase order for computer and all the peripheral hardware purchases such as monitors, printers, etc.
