Does room technology have an issue? Think a learning space’s technology needs an update? EHE’s Office of Information Technology implements and maintains technology in over 48 learning spaces across the college. We provide a range of functions, including room design, coordination of new technology installations, display and projectors, podium computers, wireless casting capabilities, room audio/visual systems, digital signage systems, project management and coordination with OSU Facilities and outside A/V contractors, and general troubleshooting and support of EHE’s classroom technologies.


Microsoft’s Office 365 product suite allows the Ohio State community to collaborate, share, organize and improve upon the work we are doing together through one consistent experience.


The college’s Marketing and Communications (Marcom) team offers professional writing support. Our goal is to tell the college’s story and explain the value the college provides to our target audiences.


The Ohio State University has expanded its services with Microsoft’s Office 365 platform to include OneDrive for Business, a cloud-based solution for storing, syncing and sharing files. (Note: This service will fully replace BuckeyBox by December 2021)


In your journey to become the best educator possible, the Educator Preparation Unit utilizes an electronic portfolio with the Tk20 online assessment tool as the platform. Tk20 enables the educator programs to collect, monitor, and analyze your progress toward meeting state and national standards for licensure.


OIT maintains backups of all file servers and all data stored on shared networks. Deleted or lost files can be restored and previous versions of files can be restored as long as it is within the last 30 days

Sponsored Guest Accounts provide individuals without an EHE affiliation access to university resources for the purpose of conducting university business or engaging in non-credit educational activities. Resources include OSUwireless, Carmen, OSU email, BuckeyeBox, libraries*, etc.


Do you have information to share? Submit your information to EHE communications and the team will get it to the appropriate distribution channel.

The university has partnered with Qualtrics, Inc. to make the Qualtrics Research Suite available to the entire university community. Training videos are available online and Qualtrics, Inc. provides all customer support.


A great solution for student employees who have their own laptop but need to access EHE/OSU files and resources to perform their duties


Security assessment, education, and awareness of campus security requirements, policies, and guidelines. Includes contract reviews and risk assessments.
