OIT has partnered with Qualtrics, Inc. to make the Qualtrics Research Suite available to the EHE community. Training videos are available online and Qualtrics, Inc. provides all customer support.

Sponsored Guest Accounts provide individuals without an EHE affiliation access to university resources for the purpose of conducting university business or engaging in non-credit educational activities. Resources include OSUwireless, Carmen, OSU email, BuckeyeBox, libraries*, etc.
Request purchase of software license or access to existing site-licensed software.
The college’s Marketing and Communications (Marcom) team offers professional writing support. Our goal is to tell the college’s story and explain the value the college provides to our target audiences.

This form can be used to request an Adobe Creative Cloud license for a EHE staff or faculty member.

OIT maintains backups of all file servers and all data stored on shared networks. Deleted or lost files can be restored and previous versions of files can be restored as long as it is within the last 30 days
OIT provides technical support for all college-owned computers
Webinars and virtual events allow you to deliver content – stories, interviews, panels, lectures, interactive sessions – to an audience through an online platform such as Zoom. Utilize online events to connect with your target audience, engage participants in discussion and question-answer sessions with invited guests, interview experts in the field, deliver informative panel sessions virtually, and more! Work with us to register the event, get marketing support, and find technical resources and support.
EHE OIT will submit a purchase order for computer and all the peripheral hardware purchases such as monitors, printers, etc.
EHE Marketing and Communications provides graphic design services for a variety of uses throughout the college. We can assist with newsletters, giving opportunity materials and also help create promotional materials for events. The MarCom team is not responsible for printing materials, the requestor will have to coordinate with our preferred printers.

Provides assistance with disconnecting and reconnecting workstations and peripherals for an office relocation.
In your journey to become the best educator possible, the Educator Preparation Unit utilizes an electronic portfolio with the Tk20 online assessment tool as the platform. Tk20 enables the educator programs to collect, monitor, and analyze your progress toward meeting state and national standards for licensure.
