The EHE Marketing and Communications team can help. Please use this service to replace existing pictures, videos, text, post news articles, or update content on the main EHE site.
EHE Marketing and Communications offers multimedia services that help you create video, photography, and audio content for a variety of uses including promotional, PSA, and events.
EHE OIT will submit a purchase order for computer and all the peripheral hardware purchases such as monitors, printers, etc.

Have old, unused technology? OIT can facilitate the proper disposal of surplus technology. You’ll need a list of the assets and their locations prior to pick up. Contact the Service Desk to get started.
Note: This service only needs to be requested if HR does not show you as an EHE employee.
As an active employee of Ohio State University you have the ability to request an EHE account from OIT. This account can be used to access college resources, such as shared network locations or classroom podium computers

The college’s Marketing and Communications (Marcom) team offers professional writing support. Our goal is to tell the college’s story and explain the value the college provides to our target audiences.
The College of Education and Human Ecology supports the installation and maintenance for digital signage display. Designated persons along with OIT staff will have access to a cloud portal where they can create and update content for public display.

The Ohio State University has expanded its services with Microsoft’s Office 365 platform to include OneDrive for Business, a cloud-based solution for storing, syncing and sharing files. (Note: This service will fully replace BuckeyBox by December 2021)
Provides assistance with disconnecting and reconnecting workstations and peripherals for an office relocation.
Security assessment, education, and awareness of campus security requirements, policies, and guidelines. Includes contract reviews and risk assessments.
OIT provides technical support for all college-owned computers
Sponsored Guest Accounts provide individuals without an EHE affiliation access to university resources for the purpose of conducting university business or engaging in non-credit educational activities. Resources include OSUwireless, Carmen, OSU email, BuckeyeBox, libraries*, etc.
